I am EXTREMELY bias against Bo4. I hate that game.

Bo3 was the best zombies experience we’ve ever gotten, and coming off those coattails with virtually limitless potential for the 10 year story to progress. And what do they do?

Scrapped juggernog, reduced the number of perks you can buy to fucking 4, gave you all the special weapons off the bat instead of unlocking them, GOD DAMN ELEMENTAL ZOMBIES EVERYWHERE, split the story into two with this half assed nonsense story coming out of nowhere and the original story being reduced to ridiculous choppy crap. Easter eggs sucked and were buggy and honestly every aspect of the game infuriated me more and more. I truly hated every decision gone into making this game and my lifetime goal of helping to create a zombies game has changed from working with Activision treyarch, to burying Activision treyarch.

Cold war was a nice step back towards good gameplay, however it also has issues. For one, stupidly easy Easter eggs. For another scrapping the individual characters unique and witty dialogue for empty hollow blanket voices so they could sell us more microtransactions make the game not just bland, but honestly less memorable. I mean I played those maps for hours but I don’t even remember where the best place to train is lol. I wasn’t a big fan of leveling up perks either, as it just feels like a fairly circulatory grind for something that should just be valued by the price of the perk in each game. The maps though were really well built and leveling up guns genuinely entertained me for hours. However, I don’t even have this game downloaded anymore because everyone gave up on it when mw2 released. And why wouldn’t they, as maps like forsaken were so buggy many players often couldn’t get to the boss fight even months after release and the game itself took up a MASSIVE amount of storage space that just wasn’t justified.
