I like j2k because I have a Windows Surface Duo 2, and only j2k has the option to allow me to unfold my phone and read the Manga like a book :)

I tried them all awhile back, but I remember one of the reasons I stuck with J2K (apart from visual preference) is the ability to edit the manga entry, e.g changing the status from ongoing to completed, or completely editing the title if there’s a typo from the source.
