Whistleblower David Grusch previously made the claim that the Vatican and pope were part of a massive UFO decadeslong cover-up. The Vatican didn’t respond to NewsNation’s request for comment on the possible connection. Investigative journalist Ross Coulthart, who interviewed Grusch, tells “Banfield” it may be “difficult” for the Vatican to comment on the connection without the U.S. concurring first.

If there’s a secret international plan on how to reveal the aliens’ existence to the world the Vatican will play a crucial role

Assuming that UAPs represent a non-human intelligence, your perspective makes a great deal of sense. I hadn’t considered the fact that the Vatican essentially acts as the messenger and guide for the Christian religion. You’re correct in saying they would play a crucial role in communicating with people who follow Christianity, which constitutes a significant portion of the global population.

At the same time Vatican risks its entire authority if they would spill something and got promptly debunked or dismissed by the world and the US.

    Good point.

Then there’s a high probability there are no real aliens, but Vatican’s intelligence is in contact with the American intelligence. Both are aware, that UFOs are, idk, USAF experimental machinery. Then anyone other than the US would be essentially a traitor if they revealed top secret material like that.

It wouldn’t logically follow for me that U.S. intelligence would disclose any information to the Vatican concerning our defense capabilities. However, I must admit my ignorance regarding the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and the Vatican. Therefore, I remain open to this possibility.

The US wouldn’t reveal any capabilities. Besides the typical intelligence greed for information, all Vatican needs to know is “how seriously do we need to prepare for extra-terrestial intelligence?” I bet there are some generic contingencies in case the E.T. suddenly lands with greetings from the Galactic Federation. What the Vatican wants to know from the US (or even: what the US actively does want the Vatican to know) is “ok guys, so we actually do have a few alien prisoners and a marvellous ET starship, so get ready for a big reveal within a few decades/years/never” OR “ok guys, you’ll be hearing a lot of bullshit about aliens, but don’t fret, there are no aliens, these UAPs are just our own stuff and you don’t need to know more than that there’s no extra-terrestial factor involved.”

I apologize for misinterpreting your previous comment. I now understand the point you’re trying to make. Personally, given the current situation with so little verifiable public information available, I remain open to all possibilities.
