    Is your head that far up your own ass? Seriously, like how much stretching do you have to do beforehand?

      The key is to get up a little speed first with a running start.

        That makes sense. I’d recommend a giant hamster wheel. You get a running start and shove your head backwards. As long as you have the core strength and momentum, it would be pretty easy. Plus you could double as a sideshow freak. Win/win
