Can’t get your characters to behave? Can’t figure out where to go next? Want to know what it sounds like when you stick a straw up a frogs bum and blow?
Just ask. You may not get an answer - especially to that last one (who in the name of the fluffy unicorn of doom knows what THAT sounds like?) - but if you don’t ask, you’ll never know.
So my three main characters are the female versions of Palpatine, Anakin and Obi-Wan. (And Padme, but since she is a woman already you’ll see why this isn’t so much of a problem).
My main problem is that I am having a problem with finding a suitable name for Obi-Wan.
Anakin is now Anna, because it seems a good enough name and all the nicknames will work.
Palpatine is never referred to by his first name, so she doesn’t need a first name in the series.
But Obi-Wan? Ben? She’ll need a name. Two in fact.
Any suggestions are welcome. (Unless your suggestion is don’t make her a woman - that won’t work for me).
Just as I was falling asleep, I realised the answer was staring me in the face.
The actor who played Maria Hill and Robin from How I Met Your Mother (if you think I’m even going to try to spell her last name you are crazy).
So we have Anna Skywalker, Chancellor Palpatine, Padme Amidala and Cobi-Wan (Wanda) Kenobi, along with Lucia and Leia who will come along later (or earlier - not sure how the stories will be ordered yet).
