A research team from Nanjing University of Technology in China has successfully fabricated a 0.066 square centimeter perovskite photovoltaic device using a “full-vacuum thermal evaporation” technique, achieving a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 25.19%. After more than 1000 hours of continuous operation, the device maintained over 95% of its initial performance, demonstrating excellent stability. Furthermore, the team also fabricated a 1 square centimeter device using the same method, achieving an efficiency of 23.38%, showing promising prospects for industrialization.
