Gov. Greg Abbott has rebuffed demands to remove a floating barrier that Mexico and US officials warned would become a 'death trap' for migrants.

Abbott ‘has the blood of a child on his hands,’ a congresswoman said. ‘No good person would do this,’ said Mexico President López Obrador.

    Yeah, but when they went to cross, surely they could’ve gone to an official border crossing, and done a little paperwork.
