    Nope. If you’re having mental health problems, you should absolutely see a mental health professional. I have, and it was hugely beneficial once I found people who were a good fit.

    But I’m realistic about what psychology and psychiatrists can fix and it’s not “any violence”.

      Obviously I don’t mean it’s going to work for everyone, sociopaths, narcissists, psychopaths, and pedophiles are extremely resistant to treatment, but we gotta try, there’s gotta be a way to figure out how to rehabilitate these people without getting tricked by them which would then allow them to reoffend. Warehousing people in a prison does nothing helpful and is a drain on resources for little to no positive gain. I’m not one of those that’s completely against the death penalty, but there are still far too many innocent people who wind up being executed, so rehabilitation is our best bet, and it seems to work well for the European nations that take this route with their criminals.
