I swear, LGs are the worst with this. The Skincrawler Planed has stumbled upon a galactic entry point in my TV, and used it.

LG recommends a software update, any thoughts?

    Factory reset and never add it to your network. Use a third party device to do everything, like the NVIDIA Shield.

      I heard the Nvidia Shield is made by entities to further the portals! And it is expensive

        Then build a HTPC! I did and it’s awesome to have. Got it set up with a FLIRC receiver and remote.

        An easy one to set up is the ASROCK Deskmini with a 5600G or 5700G.

        Or set up a pihole! You can outright block whatever services (ads/trackers) you don’t want contacted.
