Agree in general, but I think it’s also possible that Labour might gain a little (their current level of popularity notwithstanding) under PR in terms of regaining tactical voters.

There are probably a lot of Labour supporters who have frequently voted for other parties (LD in particular) because Labour had no chance at all where they live. Under PR, those voters might well vote for Labour after all.
