This reminds me more of the UI polish of Apollo so far loving it. Absolutely beautiful

I didn’t realise that was still an issue, sorry! I’ll add it to the list to tidy up this weekend 😊

Thanks for the quick response! Also, you should probably know that the post composition bar has way too much space in between the ‘Link’ and ‘Image’ options on the regular Pro model.

That space was initially intentional but it looks kinda aha k now that the Spoiler feature is there so I’ll probably remove it.

I’m on a regular sized phone too and it pushes off the screen so it’s kinda annoying.

I’m glad you agree! By the way, since I have your attention…I wanted to ask if Apollo’s ‘context preview’ thing is on the cards (ie Haptic Touch to get a glance at the parent comment). While the menu is useful, of course, that feature was a huge boon.

Oh I didn’t know this was a thing if I’m honest! Did it preview the comment before or the top of the thread?

The comment before, since it was basically a context checker. So for example, if there’s a long conversation in between two posters and someone interjected in between their posts, you could quickly check to see which comment was being replied to.

It’s a super useful feature for long comment threads. They’re not all that common on Lemmy, but we’re all hoping there’ll be enough activity to justify such a feature.

It’s one of the features I miss most from Apollo! It would preview the comment that’s a direct parent to the selected one. Great for the reading and comprehension experience across many use cases.
