There’s not a c/KlingonEmpire (at least I don’t think, any Klingons using the site please validate my claims), I honestly made it for any trekkies who want to be a part of a Canvas Faction (but mostly for my own fun).
So how does one identify as part of the faction?
I have created a “Quark’s” faction.
I could not find a “Klingon Empire” faction to join but it’s a great idea to have one.
I think you have to press the blue join button and search. Also try searching “The Klingon Empire”. I think you can be in as many faction as you want.

Yes, I’m already in more than one faction. You just need to indicate which one you are actively working in at a time.
