minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish2•1 year agoIt definitely allowed me to be more sensitive to sweetness. I don’t know if my cravings are always necessarily satisfied, but there are far fewer cravings. But it was really hard going through withdrawals for the first month or two.
Haven’t had anything with added sugar for year this month.
