I was going over the speed limit and a cop did what cops do. Its cop lights were inside the car and it was unmarked. In my rear view camera mirror it looked just like a regular old crossover and I could not see any flashing lights. Eventually he pulled out and I could see him in my side mirror.
Fortunately, Kansas lets you pay $150 on top of all the fines and fees to dismiss the ticket.
I don’t see any flashing lights either, only lights flickering due to shutter speed.
