Unfortunately, I know absolutely nothing about the subject and would probably stick out to the feds like a sore thumb with bright hazard lights powered by a nuclear reactor were I to try. At best I could see maybe coordinating with someone who knew what they were doing in order to provide distraction or cover for them.
