Yes. For kbinauts it’s already getting better. My first few days here we had basically no federation at all, and now it’s working fairly reliably.
and what’s the best kbin instance? kbin social?
Yup. Kbin.social is the main instance and is really the only one worth considering at this point imo.

Fedia.io is good also. Having some federation issues right now I think, but the load of the server is nearly 100%. The admin will be obtaining more servers, 5 “ Hetzner EX101 Intel i9 13k with 64GB of DDR5 ECC memory and a raid 1 nvme v4 SSD” which will share the load. Hopefully that’ll resolve the issues soon :)
