Is there a way to convert a link to a post on another instance, into a Kbin link to the same post?
Basically, imagine someone links me to a post on Lemmy.ml or Beehaw.org, and I wish to reply to it but from my kbin.social account. What’s the easiest way to do that?
If both instances are already federating with each other, you can try to go to the search and paste the post url from the original instance, then in the results you should get that same post from inside your instance.
