Hello guys!
Edit: (I know there is a big mess behind!)
I wanted for quite some time to start, but didn’t have the money or the space until 2 years ago.
Two years ago, I found a turntable at work and a month later the sony dvd/cd player. A friend helped me with the setup and also gave me the yamaha HTR-6250 and the Panasonic speakers.

I had no budget and everything came to me almost free, except the remote controllers which I had to buy,

My final setup has: HTR-6250, Sony dvd/cd player, Technics SL-D303 and Panasonic speakers

I would like to see your recommendations on improving the setup, of course I would like to change the speakers with budget of 100$, and probably the dvd/cd player.

really speakers are the only thing to change at this point. you will need more than $100 though. Where are you located? Do you have any online shopping options? if so provide the link?

Thanks for your comment, I’m located in Canada at this time, quite a few options and deals from time to time.

If I were in Canuckistan, I would be checking canuckaudiomart.com every day using their advanced search feature. I would looking for well priced front left and front right speakers and later a center channel near my location within my limited budget. You best bet will likely be Energy or PSB speakers.

Best of luck. The bulk of you speaker budget should be the main left and right speakers, assuming a mix of music and movies are the preferred media. After that a center channel of equal or better quality would be the next step. You can likely live with your current surrounds for a long time. Adding a good quality subwoofer would be the third step assuming you live someplace where you can enjoy one without be evicted.
