    Biden was still under the poor assumption that laws and norms should be followed.

    And one of those is that you don’t release documents from active investigation or trial.

    That said, I think he should have. No one else follows the rules so why should he have.

      Given the evidence that is available, I cannot understand how you have come to this conclusion. Where does this leap of faith in the Biden administration come from? What makes you think that the previous administration was even interested in holding the guilty parties accountable? I can’t follow your reasoning…

        I’m not saying this makes him ok. I’m saying that’s the excuse that was used at the time and it’s not completely unreasonable.
