I’ve recently discovered their song ‘Friedespanzer’ which I quite like. However the few other songs on Spotify that I tried where totally different. Is that song a heavier exception or can someone recommend me other songs of then?

Friedenspanzer was on the Album “Bestie in Menschengestalt”. Maybe you like the other songs on the album.
Else you can try the Spotifyplaylist “This is Die Ärzte”. This playlist is basicly what DÄ is known for.
My personal favourite Songs are “Lied vom Scheitern” “Schrei nach Liebe” “Deine Schuld” and “Ich, am Strand”.
