Whether Marc Marquez can win his 10th title. (he and Valentino Rossi have 9 titles now, not 7. I’m not allowing Dorna to cancel their other titles) Will Marc dominate again or will he get injured or will another rider rise to challenge him?

Pecco Bagnaia and Jorge Martin. I really hope they bounce back from their mental and physical health problems, I felt so sorry for them last year. They deserve a better 2026.

Alex Marquez and Marco Bezzecchi. Can they do as well as in 2025 and make the battles interesting?

Maverick Viñales. I am SO excited to see what he does this year due to his new partnership with Jorge Lorenzo. My head says nothing will change and he’ll fall out with Jorge. But my heart says Maverick will rise and after all these years battle for the title, hopefully with Marc.

Pedro Acosta and Fabio Quartararo. Will these two finally live up to their alien reputation and fight for the title, or at least win lots of races?
+1. How on earth did I forget Toprak?!?🤦♀️ My right honourable friend below reminded me. I am looking forward to his riding and also his activities in press conferences etc. He seems to be a charmer, he brought sweets for his crew at the test and I think we could see some shenanigans with his team mates and other riders. But I’ve heard and seen very bad things about his Turkish fans e.g. threatening Bulega last season, so I hope we don’t see any terrible situations this year…
The thing I’m most excited for (and by a long margin) is Toprak. In my opinion last year was not very exciting apart from a few races so if we can get a consistent top 5 or more fighting every weekend I will be so happy.
Fabio is a world champion so… Also imagine him not being stuck on the Yahama for the last 3 years and what we have missed out on :(

Yes it’s pretty sad about Fabio, and also Pedro stuck on the KTM. They need to be rescued.
Also yes 2025 wasn’t exciting if you aren’t a fan of Marc, but that is the problem when there is a single alien rider and no one else can catch him. It was the same with Rossi when he was young and far better than the others- many of those years were such snooze fests that I switched to World Superbikes. Those battles between Troy Bayliss and Colin Edwards, OMG! I hope you watched those, they were so exciting! Must have been the early 2000s I think?
