Made my peanut sauce a bit too thick but still tasty. Love making gado gado as a quick dinner after a busy day. Favourite go to vegetables are frozen green beans and some sliced carrots. Tofu marinated in some soy sauce before frying.

    Ohhh I don’t yet have a recipe for soy curl rendang so if you do… please share and I’d love to try it!!
