minus-squareAesthesiaphilialinkfedilink1•1 year agoYep. My doctor told me about someone who had a non-24hr sleep schedule, so he always wanted to go to sleep at a different time. At least I don’t have that. But hearing all the “do things in the morning, when you have more energy” type advice suck.
