They are mostly uneducated and ignorant, which easily leads to racism. That is really all.

What are their plans? anything spoon fed to them that makes them feel they have some worth over other people; since they have rarely accrued any value in their lives, they devolve to the one thing left they did nothing to gain, they are white.
