Won’t you not be able to make a cleric of a dead god? That means probably won’t be someone like gorum, who is very useful for a lot of builds.
I also kind of doubt it’d desna, shelyn, or sarenrae, people really like that trio.

There’s the potential for it to be Shelyn based on starfinder having a deity called Zon Shelyn, presumably some unspecified amalgam of Shelyn and her corrupted brother Zon Kuthon.
I could imagine Shelyn’s death being the first in a series of events leading to that
