It signals a shift, where the courts arent cowtowing to any dumb idea Trump comes up with. Everyone, including his allies, are getting fed up with his shit. Which to me indicates a good chance that the Dems rout the GOP in the mid terms, and either neuter all Trumps policies or else (hopefully) remove him from office
