The wind blew the back door open and Miss Meow escaped into the courtyard. She is not a fan of the wind and voluntarily came inside fairly quickly. She’s now having a nap to recover from the ordeal.

I’m glad I got into the garden yesterday, the wind is making it not so nice outside, even if the sun is welcome. I made some of the jeruselum artichokes into soup, some for lunch tomorrow and six serves in the freezer. I’ve still got a couple of kg in the fridge, they definitely give a high return on investment.
