Otoh, this piece seemed to specifically be arguing against regulations designed to prevent wildfire damage.
The state needs to loosen restrictions and allow people to build more housing on property they own. But the bulk of this should come in the form of infill housing in existing towns and cities which can more easily be made fire-resistant.
