I really do not understand why pies aren’t more of a thing in Norway. All Norwegians I know who have gone to the UK love pie, it’s like it was designed for the Norwegian palate. But I guess since it’s not boiled grey meat and potatoes or boiled fish and potatoes, it just doesn’t belong here.
