Education is essential to be a functioning member of all societies. The problem is not education, the problem is how we educate. Right now, we’re educating kids in a way that conditions them to be obedient workers. Education methods like Montessori which prioritizes the agency of kids seem to be much better for establishing a passion to learn and critical thinking skills
We should be making it better

Where I live they’re all christian oriented. Otherwise I like the concept. Maybe they’re different elsewhere.
We should be making it optional. That will automatically make it better because now they have to work to make people go voluntarily.
