Someone who wants to go against the law or commit violence can factually do so, regardless the opinion of others. Potential consequences are others reacting to those choices.
Have enough people uniformly decide on any specific action and you will find anarchy isn’t the goal nor the answer, but the acknowledgement that it always has been.
