Congratulations! That’s pretty rad! I only played on console and had to shelve it since my partner got super tired of hearing “friendship drive charging” a billion times.
Last time I was at a shipyard I changed the ship language to French just to try.
Now I’m 3500 LY away from the closest shipyard and I dearly miss the “frame shift drive charging” voice :/
Can’t you just switch it from the main menu where you can also change your current ship’s skin?
I just checked and yes in the livery packs are also the voices.

Having to visit a dealer to change the voice of the ship computer firmware is the realest thing ever xD
@Chef_Boyargee You can turn off the voice announcements. i had to for quite a few of the more minor and routine ones.

They do/did. We just happened to have a good surround sound setup and I often opted for using it. The proverbial straw was my trip to the center of the galaxy and back. My ears could take headphones for only so long before I had to go back to the speakers for a bit
