      …the contents of the pipe being cut is a large volume of low pressure… The ocean at depth is a large volume of high pressure… The differential is high enough to suck a crab through a small space, making minced meat of it.

      There’s stories out there of it happening to divers… Mostly to do with low pressure gas pipes being fixed or repaired.
