As a daily driver of a 19 volt I can confidently say I only buy gas if I go out of town. My standard driving never goes above the ~40 miles of full electric range.
This is why I love bicycles. Be careful if you never ever use the fuel though, you might need to add a stabilizer or something if it goes unused for too long.
Yeah the car complains after a few months and runs the engine after a year, generally I go visit family once every other month or so and maybe use a gallon
Why? Isn’t it nice to be able to go to the store and back with no gas?
The manufacturers lied their asses off about how efficient they actually are from what I’ve read.
