Like the title says. I wake up during the night to find my pinky and ring finger on both hands asleep. I need to wiggle them a lot to wake them back up. The rest of each hand is still awake. Trying to reposition my arms helps a little, but it seem to go back to whatever positions are causing the issue during the night, so it happens a lot. Not sure why the nerves would be this sensitive all of a sudden. I don’t lean on them during the day and use ergonomic keyboard pads.

Cubital tunnel syndrome. I have it, it’s the result of sleeping with your elbows bent.

This is most likely your answer, or Guyon canal syndrome depending on how far up the numbness goes, either way it’s some sort of ulnar neuropathy as long as those are your only symptoms. If you Google these you can find information on how to help prevent stretching or compressing the nerve while you sleep or during the day, there are wrist/elbow braces that can help with that

Are there pillows and/or restraints that can help with this? I like to sleep on my back.
