    That’s, like, a dangerous amount of weight to lose in 6 weeks. I hope you had a physician’s advice during that time.

      Nope. It was during Covid lockdown. Just started riding 2 or 3 hours weekdays and more on weekends. I found myself craving protein a lot more and eating a bit more but the weight just dropped fast. Built muscle quickly too.
