The air defense of the Russian capital is unable to protect its citizens in the ongoing war, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Andrii Yusov, told the Kyiv Post.

“The concept of security is becoming increasingly distant from the citizens of Moscow,” he added.
