I’m betting he won’t be able to follow this rule personally. A month tops before there’s a claim he’s using his phone while looking at the stuff.
I give it a week before he posts a picture of the evidence on his little social media site.
Trump has very little chance of going to jail. Trump’s lawyers are a different story, especially if it’s this clearly spelled out for them.
