I dunno. Where ever you draw that line will be wrong for more than half the country. Maybe the feds could at least set a min wage by state of residence based on cost of living data or something. Though it should probably be even more fine grained than that. Maybe set by county the business is in or something. Why have the computers, and the data to do that kind of thing.
