Yeah Democratic leadership already said when they have a majority that they don’t attend to bring Trump to task. Hell I don’t even know what message is?

They may not say it publicly, but they love having a president that acts unilaterally, and every president after this will be that way. It gives them the space to support or oppose things much easier because they aren’t held accountable for actually doing anything.

Already noticed that with Newsome fucker further right then Regan, went so far has given Regan some fucking holiday in California. Also started hosting and agreeing with Neo nazi on a podcast. To top it off his tweets are no different then the shit Trump post. Add that with how he veto any bill that helps us and hurts the rich shows that Democrats are already lining up to be just like Trump.

Happens every time they try court Republicans and Maga voters and wont even look at progressives.

Hell Mamdani is doing great things but Democrats won’t even recognize it or try to copy his strategy. I bet you million bucks they will have him primary next time he comes up for reelection.

I think, with Mamdani, Dems and Republicans are convening behind closed doors and figuring out what administrative hurdles they can throw up in the five biggest American cities in order to make it impossible for another Mamdani to come along.

That’s what they did in the 90’s when Ross Perot got dangerously close to being elected president. It’s why a 3rd party candidate can’t get in on the debates, and why qualifying for the ballot is so hard, etc.

No way they use this opportunity to actually get anything done.

Absolutely they won’t, and they’re actively fighting against the progressives. They did Mamdani and Grahama Platner the same way, but if Platner gets in, my hope is his presence will help open the door for others. Even getting a handful of actual progressive senators in place would be huge.
