Probably no surprise to anyone, but here’s how it will break down for the general election:

Gas Tax:
No 83.1% 738,393
Yes 16.9% 150,124

Governor, Republican Primary:
CHRISTINE DRAZAN ® 42.42% 134,976

Governor, Democratic Primary:
TINA KOTEK (D)* 84.25% 283,518

So it will be a re-hash of the last election, only without Betsy Johnson in the race:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_Oregon_gubernatorial_election

Kotek 46.96% 917,074
Drazan 43.54% 850,347
Johnson 8.62% 168,431

US Senate, Democratic Primary:
JEFF MERKLEY (D)* 93.36% 332,188

US Senate, Republican Primary:
DAVID SMITH ® 29.88% 82,998

Smith is going to have a hard road, not only because Oregon hasn’t had a Republican Senator since we showed Gordon Smith the door in 2009, but all the Republican primary votes COMBINED were less than what Merkley got. 277,755 to 332,188.

US House, 1st District, Democratic Primary:
SUZANNE BONAMICI (D)* 88.21% 56,441

US House, 1st District, Republican Primary:
BARBARA KAHL ® 71.84% 19,697

US House, 2nd District, Democratic Primary:
CHRIS BECK (D) 34.89% 13,284

US House, 2nd District, Republican Primary:
CLIFF BENTZ ®* 79.95% 67,104

Same problem for Beck as with Smith in the Senate race, district 2 is RUBY Red. Not enough blue voters there to make a difference.

US House, 3rd District, Democratic Primary:
MAXINE DEXTER (D)* 90.01% 60,264

OR 3 Republican Primary was uncontested. Loran Ayles.

US House, 4th District, Democratic Primary:
VAL HOYLE (D)* 77.37% 49,271

US House, 4th District, Republican Primary:
MONIQUE DESPAIN ® 86.72% 44,069

US House, 5th District, Democratic Primary:
JANELLE BYNUM (D)* 83.52% 54,985

US House, 5th District, Republican Primary:
PATTI ADAIR ® 60.03% 34,242

Nothing for the 6th District? 🤔

Found it here, District 6 had 2 uncontested primaries:

Denocratic:
ANDREA SALINAS D 37,590 100.00%

Republican:
David Russ (no results)

The tax would have added $0.06 a gallon.

The problem is, the people voting no think they are getting rid of the tax entirely. LOL!
