China consistently spends something like 20x what India spends, on defense, so India’s regional “domination” ( Modi’s term ), is a sick-joke, & Modi’s relying-on Russia’s backing in the fight-against-China also is a sick-joke, as Putin’s being a begging-puppy in China the day after ( or thereabouts ) Trump left.

There was a substack which somebody posted somewhere on Lemmy about how Saudi Arabia’s strategy has made it THE regional-power of the future ( once Netanyahu’s “Israel” drops, & it isn’t only-me who deems Netanyahu’s “Israel” to be false: there’s some ultra-orthodox Judaism sect who calls Netanyahu “Amalek”, which mean approximately anti-Jew, which points-out that he won’t even eat kosher, while pretending Judaism, & which insists, as I do, that “The Holy Land” is internal not external, & that Judaism’s homeland is internal, & zionism isn’t valid, so there isn’t any point in pretending that it’s only-me who’s saying such things )
