Smoking season has begun for me. Smoked queso, Velveeta, cheddar, gouda, onion, jalapeno, rotel, sausage.

    The sausage is cooked and than all of the ingredients are added to a pan and put in my smoker. Since the sausage is precooked all I am looking to do is soften the veggies, melt the cheese, and get smoke to infuse. I put a pan of this in the smoker when I’m doing something else just to get the flavor.
