What’s the difference between speed camera data vs “raw speed data”?

Yes, I think it does. I’d like to know exactly where they measured the data and how. If they measured right at a section that goes from 50 to 25 then I’d like to know.
Location is not the same a method of monitoring. And nowhere does the speed limit drop to 25. At best it drops from 50 to 40 through school zones.
Ottawa hosts the data here, and specifies that the speed data was tracked at the same location as the speed cameras were.
The fact that its the same from pre, through installation, and then post means it doesn’t actually matter where specifically recorded. Fact is the speed cameras worked in modifying behaviour, which has quickly been undone.
This is Mississippi homie, they don’t do vehicle inspections anymore here. They wouldn’t even care if I didn’t even have a dashboard or instrument cluster, as long as it runs when you crank it, stops when you hit the brakes, steers, and all the lights work.
That car was a 1991 Corsica. The car I had before was a 1987 Accord, the speedometer on that never worked at all. I just drove at the pace of traffic, never had a problem.
