Many teslas have matrix lights. They detect where other cars are and the block the light going there. It actually works pretty well. They also effectively point around curves in roads as you turn the wheel which is really nice on little highways at night.
I’ve seen it work on motorbikes, I’m pretty sure it would work on a bike with a front light. I don’t think people in cars tend to drop their high beams for pedestrians; it’s more important to see the pedestrians, I would think.
