Smith got a pass from me his last couple of seasons because of cap space problems, young guys and minimal talent.
Both sides of the trenches looked vastly improved. If the backup lines look like that I can’t wait to see the starters. Team definitely seems to have bought into what Smith is doing, obviously it’s preseason, but I haven’t seen that kinda play out of previous bench players.
I kept falling asleep as it was 1 am. Last year was a hoot, so many reg seasons 6pm kick offs.
The team looked good. I’m happy.
