I’m still upset about the whole McCabe situation but it is what it is. What’s peeving me right now is that there are WoSo fans trying to police how people are supposed to feel about it.

Abusing the player is never right, but that doesn’t mean people aren’t entitled to feel upset or hurt by it. Especially with that ragebait video. We are supposed to say “oh well, there’s not many places where she could go…”…“well she needs to get her bag”…“well she’s a Chelsea fan”…and the one that really takes the cake is “well if you are that upset and walk back that many years of support, you probably didn’t like her as much or rated her anyways to begin with”.

Fucking excuse me? The reason why people feel this way because she and the Chelsea literally spat our love for her back in our face. We just lost one of the most iconic players in our modern era to our direct rival and we aren’t allowed to be upset? Just because the WoSo fanbase (or the old guard who was “there before it was cool”) are so uppity up about it and being “nice and supportive”.

People say blame Chelsea for it, but honestly I think the player has a bit responsibility on how they will be presented.

We are upset because we actually care about the rivalry and the game and fuck those people who want to police how we feel.
