The second panel shows a package in the doorway. The cloud of black scribbles surrounding the stick figure are gone, and they are standing elated with flushed cheeks, looking at the doorway and saying “omg my package!!!”
Unfortunately it works the other way around too: I’m expecting two packages that are both delayed and it’s much worse than just not having needed items yet!
