Auto shops should be owned by mechanics. Grocery stores should be run by grocers. Workplaces should be owned by the people that work in them. Worker owned co-ops.

what if i’m unemployed?
Then in a socialist system you would have the opportunity to join an in-demand field.
what’s an in-demand field today?
Child care and elder care seem to be in demand.
