    It makes sense if you read it as the caption for the picture

        They mean that grammatically, if you read it as a label, it works because “This is …” Is implied, and thus corrects the grammar

            It’s “headline English”, not “conversational English”. In context, it works.

              Yeah, I understood what it said but had to read it a few times. Plus so far I’ve seen 3 responses on how to fix it so it’s not impossible to catch I editing…
